- Billing Schedule: Monthly subscription fees of RM 1,050 are charged in advance on your enrollment date each month
- Refund Policy: Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been provided, except in cases of service failure on our part
- Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice, with service continuing until the end of your current billing period
Service Disclaimers and Limitations
Our consultation services are provided subject to important limitations and disclaimers that all clients must understand.
No Service Warranties
We provide consultations on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding outcomes or results
Limitation of Our Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for consultations in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Service Termination Procedures
Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with appropriate notice, subject to completion of ongoing consultation commitments.
Upon termination, your access to ongoing consultation support will cease, but previous consultation insights remain available for your personal use
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
